26 Apr Henley Business Angels welcomes PwC as new network sponsor
Henley Business Angels (HBA) is delighted to announce that leading business advisor PwC has agreed to support entrepreneurs and businesses participating in its business development programmes.
HBA and PwC’s Reading Office will work together alongside HBA’s other sponsors, helping HBA support entrepreneurs who have applied for seed finance to create value and grow their businesses.
PwC will mentor entrepreneurs and support events including HBA’s ‘Investment Readiness Workshop,’ which prepares entrepreneurs to present their plans to HBA. Participants will also be eligible to access PwCs range of services including My Financepartner, a new accounting service designed to help small businesses manage their finances, attract investment and improve performance.
Commenting on the sponsorship agreement, Dave Farmer, Director in PwC Reading Office, said:
“PwC is delighted to support the objectives of Henley Business Angels in encouraging entrepreneurs and helping them develop and scale-up their businesses. We already enjoy a close relationship with HBA and our agreement to further support the organisation underpins our commitment to the region, its entrepreneurs and to the growth and prosperity of local businesses.”
Jurek Sikorski, Founder and Director of Henley Business Angels, commented:
“We are thrilled to have PwC as a partner who understands the needs of small high growth businesses and helps them address their challenges, especially in managing information and improving performance.”
